One room for rent in 3 bedroom condo in Irvine right next to Irvine Valley College. UCI is a 10 minute drive down the road. Rent would be $1200/month with utilities included. Bathroom has bathtub with shower head, spacious counter top and storage space, one sink, and toilet. House has a washer and dryer in it. Air conditioning and heating. 420 friendly, but any smoking must be done outside. Spacious backyard space Room mate has a special needs cat, so only caged pets allowed (guine pigs, reptiles, fish, etc) Room mate also gets up at 4am for work. He is quiet and very considerate when leaving for work, but we must also respect noise levels as he goes to bed early. Plenty of available parking anytime of day.
