Friendly family in university town

Irvine is considered one of the safest cities in the USA (I walk the dog at 3 am); near Disneyland, beaches, parks, theaters, museums, shopping centers, universities and accessible to L.A., San Diego and Mexico. There are many medical facilities nearby. We have a large, old, funky home and have been accommodating travelers for over 30 years from 27 countries. Irvine is an "international" city with 72 languages spoken (who came up with this number, I don't know) but the variety of restaurants/shops and foreign films seems to confirm this. Room(s): 1.
