My husband and I are travelers. I am a student and my husband is programmer. We live in a beautiful home in a great area in Irvine California. Close to public transportation. Twenty minutes away from the beach. We dedicate our daily life to host visitors from different cultures. We make sure guests feel at home as soon as they walk in. We have a beautiful patio where guests can enjoy and relax. Also they can enjoy our beautiful in ground pool during the hot days. We cater to different individuals from executives to young students. Our home feels like home away from home. Note: Utilities are not included. A deposit is required to cover utilities and any damage upon checkout. Deposit amount $500. Every month, we will bill you for 30% of the utilities (GAS and Electricity only) Room(s): 1. Single Room (Humming bird room) with Shared bathroom This room is close to every thing and walking distance to parks, shops and bike ride to UCI. It is also close to HWY 5. Very quiet irvine with big patio and backyard. Did I mention the heated swimming pool? Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1400.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (Pool room) with Shared bathroom This is a large bedroom with pool view, queen bed with IKEA mattress. This room also has direct access to the bathroom, large closet, TV, and bed-lights. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1600.00 Monthly House Rules: We are happy to host you, here are a few tips to feel at home. Please feel free to use the fridge, even if there is no space you are more than welcome to move things around and make room. We will take the trash out for collection every Tuesday evening, collection happens Wednesday by the city of Irvine. If we are not home and you want to get rid of a lot of trash, you will find out that all neighbors are taking the trash out Tuesday for Wednesday collection, please take the three pins out in the street if it is important to you and we are not around. If you use the heated pool, The pool heater is really expensive, for every day you heat the pool please pay $40 Amenities: TV, Patio, Barbecue, Bikes for use, Internet Access, Smoke Alarm, Laundry, Garden, Swimming Pool, Parking, Gym at home Local Amenities: Beach, Shopping Centre, Local Bus Stop, Hospital, Park, Local Train Station
