We live 5 minutes walking distance from 99 ranch. Culver and Irvine Center Drive. There are Bus transportation to either IVC or UCI. (3 minute walk to Bus stop) There are 4 bed rooms in the house and 3 bath. Large living room, Large kitchen, and a huge yard. There are no pets in the house and no smokers or alcohol drinkers. This is an ideal spot for an international student that will be attending Crean because there will be transportation provided as well! 1 female student currently staying in the downstairs room that is attending Crean Lutheran High. My son is moving out so both rooms upstairs that share a bathroom will be available. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Room ) with Shared bathroom This is one of the 3 rooms in the house for rent. No drinking for international students below 21. (We don't drink ourselves.) Please keep common area and room clean. Please keep noise level down. No overnight guests.
