Our family lives in a 3 bed house in Irvine, orange county of USA with 9 year old girl. Our son is in college and he lives near his college. Our home is 10 minutes driving distance to UCI and 5 minutes driving distance to IVC. We have swimming pools in our community, our district is one of the safest places in USA. Room(s): 1. Single Room (girl's room with full bed) with Shared bathroom Beautiful and clean room with internet access. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1100.00 Monthly House Rules: Please do not adjust the heat settings yourself, ask me and I will be willing to do it for you. Additional Info: We only accept female student or visiting scholar.
