We are a family of four, with two grown kids who come and go. We've been hosting for 20 years and chose this house because it's perfect for hosting guests and events! Our best match is a guest who is looking to explore the area and learn about local life. It's a friendly family situation, so may not be ideal for business travelers or others who just want a cheaper alternative to a hotel. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Corner room) with Shared bathroom This is a single room on the second floor. The room has its own balcony overlooking the pool. Capacity: 1 Rates: 320.00 Weekly / 1000.00 Monthly 2. Double Room (Upstairs double room) with Shared bathroom This is a large double room on the second floor, with its own patio. It is next to the bonus room with a small bar sink and mini-fridge. Capacity: 2 Rates: 400.00 Weekly / 1100.00 Monthly House Rules: We ask permanent residents (us!) and guests to 1) be considerate of others and clean up after themselves 2) be open and communicative 3) be interactive but also respect the need for privacy and quiet time Amenities: TV, Patio, Barbecue, Internet Access, Smoke Alarm, Laundry, Games Room, Garden, Swimming Pool, Parking Local Amenities: Beach, Shopping Centre, Local Bus Stop, Hospital, Park, Local Train Station
