Beautiful Room and Location

The home is located in a newer neighborhood in Irvine with many shopping centers close-by. The room will be downstairs and is large and spacious and a large closet. Currently living in the house (Mom, Me 20 y/o, Brother 15 y/0) We are a quiet family and hope that you are quiet and respectful. We have a community pool that is less than a five minute walk and is beautiful. Has a jacuzzi as well. Parks and tennis courts around a five minute walk. Plenty of street parking in front of the house. No couples, pets, or smoking. Room(s): 1.
