To comply with city ordinance we are only able to rent out one room at a time per guest. If your group requires another room that can be arranged. We are unable to rent multiple rooms independent from one another. We have rooms to chose from. We want to assure our guests that we thoroughly sanitize each room and the safety of our guests as well our family is paramount! We are a small family with two amazing Siberian huskies and a small terrier. We two homes adjacent to each other. We are teachers that love to travel as well. We are native Californians. We love to be tour guides and make your stay as pleasant as possible. We are centrally located in one of the safest cities in the United States. We are close to all the action in Orange County. We have lovely and clean rooms that are at your disposal. We provide a continental breakfast at your request. Conveniently located near UCI, Irvine. Lots of students from University of California, Irvine have stayed with us. We are also really close to Irvine Valley College. Our rooms have full size beds. We now also offer transportation for an additional cost and can also help customize a tour of the local hot spots. Due to the ordinances of the city of Irvine we are only able to take longer stay clients only. Room(s): 1. We do not allow overnight guests. We require a payment to made through venmo, Paypal(friends and family) or cash prior to arrival (at least half of the amount) after the booking has been made and the remainder upon arrival. As soon as you book your homestay, please contact us to make payment arrangements. We now have square so we are able to use your credit cards, MasterCard, Visa, AmericanExpress, and Discover cards.
