family homestay in Boston

We are a family living in Boston with a 7 min walk to two different subway stations. We offer rooms to international students who are here to learn English or visit. The environment is very friendly and we offer a quiet and comfortable setting for our guests. We treat you like a family member when you stay at our home. We provide a light breakfast and optional [with increased fee] dinner. There is a communal room where most students will come together to eat dinner. There is plently of space in the home, our house is referred to as a "triple-decker" where there are three large apartments with 3 full bathrooms. We also offer students a fridge to store and prepare food. Living in the home is the host Mother and father and daughter and son. There is wireless internet, a living room, and a very inviting atmosphere. In total there are 15 rooms in the home and a communal TV room where students can interact. The host mother is originally from Ireland. The son is a graduate of Wentworth School of Technology and the daughter is going to University of Massachusetts. We are located on the Red Line which takes 20 minutes to get to downtown crossing. Please feel free to ask any questions and I will be glad to help! Room(s): 1. Single Room (Bedroom A) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / Monthly House Rules: Please be respectful of others. No smoking inside the home. We don't have a lot of specific rules as in the past we feel that most of our guests have been respectful but we ask that you are courteous of others. There is no rules on when you can come in at night, we do ask if you plan to have a guest overnight that you let us know. Rooms are rented 1 person per room, unless you have spoken to us beforehand regarding your situation.
