A large bedroom, private bath, twin and double beds, mini fridge, electric tea kettle are two flights up in my single family home; a quiet space all your own. Access to my well-equipped kitchen for simple cooking, laundry and on street parking for one car. Wifi, electricity, heat and AC, professional cleaning every two weeks all included. Residents include myself (F), my small dog, and an occasional visiting grand-dog. Room(s): 1. Twin Room (Top Floor Privacy) with Private bathroom Large room for 1 or 2 w electric kettle and mini fridge. Bathroom w tub, shower just outside of the bedroom. This is your own private space. Capacity: 2 Rates: 350.00 Weekly / 1200.00 Monthly House Rules: *Age 25+ only. PLEASE like dogs.
