I live in the capital city of Massachusetts, Boston. My house is on a very quiet street but is very close to all the activities of city life. I am a teacher and live with my husband and 4 college bound children. Education is one of our top priorities and we do take the time to help others invest in higher education. It’s south facing with lots of natural air and sunlight. Capacity: 1 Rates: 360.00 Weekly / 1200.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (Love) with Shared bathroom This room is a single room on the third floor. It’s south facing with lots of natural air and sunlight with a great view of the garden, the American Flagpole, garden fountain and solar tree lights. Capacity: 1 Rates: 360.00 Weekly / 1200.00 Monthly 3. Double Room (Joy) with Shared bathroom This room serves as a double room with 2 single beds. Capacity: 2 Rates: Weekly / 1200.00 Monthly House Rules: Keep noise to an minimum level at all times. Shortest stay for guests is one week - 1 year or until you finish schooling with permission. Keep kitchen sink clean at all times. Please do not leave unwashed dishes in the sink. Empty any trash you use into the out door trash cans daily.
