Single Room (Single room ) with Shared bathroom This room is a great room. Nice and cozy and a nice size! Capacity: 1 Rates: 180.00 Weekly / 720.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (Big Room ) with Shared bathroom This is a lovely bright room, with wardrobe and chester drawers. Nice a spacious. Capacity: 1 Rates: 200.00 Weekly / 750.00 Monthly House Rules: Females only. No pets allowed. Please keep my home secure and lock the front door when leaving the house. Full house alarm installed. Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after! Keep noise to a minimum after 11pm please Please do not invite strangers into my home; if you would like to invite a friend over just agree it with me in advance Please enjoy your stay and treat my house as you would your own home!
