Self contained unit

I have a self contained unit attached to my main house comprising of one single/double room, bathroom/shower and living room /kitchen with cooker, fridge, washing machine available for tenants. Would suit couple or single 18+student interns /ooking to stay in the south Dublin area. It is small but would sleep 3 (sofa bed available for small child) if necessary for short stay. A number of bus routes cover this area - Firhouse, Dublin 24 with connections to the City Centre; UCD, Dunlaoghaire and Dundrum Towns. Room(s): 1. Twin Room (Self contained unit ) with Private bathroom One twin/double room, bathroom/shower and living room /kitchen with cooker, fridge, washing machine available exclusively for tenants. Bedroom leading to back garden which can be accessed for drying laundry or smoking if desired (only outside). Capacity: 2 Rates: Weekly / 1100.00 Monthly House Rules: No smoking in the house please. Guests can smoke in the back/front garden. Residential area, so guests would be asked to respect noise levels at night time . No pets please.
