Warm and Friendly Home from Home

We have a 4 bedroom detached house covering 3 floors in a very nice area. I live with my husband and daughter but have another daughter that lives next door and a son that is married and has one little daughter.. We have a young small dog called poppy. At the end of our road we have a beautiful park with lakes and wildlife and many types of trees. Please read our COVID rules of the household. Thank you Room(s): 1. Double Room (beautiful bright double bedroom ) with Shared bathroom Beautiful double room with all you need for a comfortable stay. Its on the 1st floor of the house and gets the early morning sun.. ( very quiet ) Must have full Covid vaccination Cert.. TV Kettle Small Fridge microwave No breakfast Capacity: 2 Rates: 255.00 Weekly / 995.00 Monthly 2. Double Room (lovely sunny double bedroom ) with Shared bathroom I have this room described as a lovely double bedroom.. This room is on the 1st floor of the house and gets the afternoon sun, ( quiet ) Must have Covid Vaccination Cert TV Small fridge Microwave. Kettle. Capacity: 2 Rates: 255.00 Weekly / 995.00 Monthly House Rules: I will not allow smoking in the house. My guests may have use by arrangement of our laundry to wash their clothes. I keep a tidy house and would wish that my guest respect that and keep their room in the same manner. PLEASE NOTE that because of the COVID pandemic we have to change our sociable activities as a household. Our guests will now only have use of their bedroom and bathroom.. Our living areas are not available for the health and safety of both our guest and our family.. We,re so looking forward to the day that this will be over and we can get back to being normal again. Additional Info: We live on a quiet road surrounded by cul de sacs and there is plenty of parking. We are an English speaking family.
