I currently work fully for the city of Toronto and am looking to rent one of the rooms out in my house. The other room is rented to a working professional. We are neat, social, and respect everyone space. Room for rent in a houses in the Jane and Lawrence area. Room is being rented for $700 kitchen and washroom is shared. The rent includes utilities, limited internet and basic cable. Would like a quiet, neat professional, student or international student. Using public transit the house is 30 mins away from York, Humber, University of Toronto, Senece Jane Campus and Ryerson. Steps away from TTC stop, shopping, Weston up express.
