I have a 4 bedroom house which is well kept. It's three minutes walk to the bus stop, its close to all amenities, no pet none smoker is allowed. My housevis located in a very quiet neighbourhood which is close to humber river and a park. I have an open concept kitchen, no cooking is allowed , guest are welcome to use the microwave and the kettle also minimal use of refrigerator in the kitchen. Kitchen should be kept clean after use. Share bathroom, Laundry is allowed once a week, weekends only. Happy stay make it your home away from home. Room(s): 1. Single Room (1 furnished bedroom) with Shared bathroom 1 large bedroom with a queen size bed,dresser , a cable tv, a chair and a small table, nightstand , closet, this bedroom facilitates 1 person it faces the front of the street with a view of a beautiful flower garden in summer. Capacity: 1 Rates: 400.00 Weekly / 1250.00 Monthly House Rules: Please be respectful of my home. Entrance door should be kept lock at all times. Minimal use of kitchen, kitchen should be kept clean, use of refrigerator in kitchen with descretion. No second party allowed for visit or overnight stay. No smoking , no drugs, no loud noise or music is allowed. Laundry is allowed every two weeks weekends only. Treat my home as if its your clean and please be respectful.
