Single Room (bedroom in main area) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1299.74 Monthly House Rules: no drinking, or smoking. Smoking outside only. I require first and last month rent as follows : Once booking is completed one month 's rent is due and required immediately by E-transfer to HIDDEN BY HOMESTAY The last month rent is due on arrival date.
