Balcony with great view every room

I am a female who has been doing homestay for international students and guest for over 20 years, I work full time only minutes away from the apartment block, I have 4 adult children living around the world and 6 grandchildren. When you stay at my home you will walk 2 minutes to major shopping centre in Southport, 15 minutes to Surfers Paradise by the Tram, and 20 minutes by the tram to Griffith University. Preference will be for a student- staying on the Gold Coast for english school or a working hoilday. would prefer long-term, however, 1 - 3 months will be accepted Room(s): 1. Double Room (Bedrooms 1 (1 queen size bed)) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 2 Rates: 500.00 Weekly / 1800.00 Monthly House Rules: No smoking or drugs on the premises Must keep own surroundings clean at all time(including making bed every morning) Notify if not coming home for the night Four weeks notice to be given when leaving. If guest stay over there will be an additional charge Amenities: Internet Access, Laundry, Swimming Pool, Parking, Gym at home Local Amenities: Gym, Swimming, Shopping Centre, Local Bus Stop, Hospital, Park, Cinema, Restaurant
