A Greek style oasis

I live in a wonderful complex in Southport with 3 swimming pools, gym, spa and close to shopping centers , the Beach and entertainment venues. I have a spare bedroom with all the required amenities and its own bathroom. I would like to have homestay as company and to meet interesting people. I work 5 days a week from 8am to 5.30pm as a Lawyer. I have a beautiful ragdoll cat who would love the company. Single Room (Bedroom 2) with Private bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 380.00 Weekly / 1700.00 Monthly House Rules: Quite at night, no parties, respectful of the furnishings. Smoking is not allowed indoors only outside. Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house. Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself. No pets are allowed inside. Please do not bring strangers into my home. If you would like to invite a friend over, please ask first. Please respect my home but feel comfortable.
