Beach loving mum living in paradise

I live in beautiful high rise building set in fantastic gardens, minutes from the beach and a short walk to surfers paradise. The apartment has two large bedrooms with en suite bathroom and an open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen. All rooms open onto the balcony which overlooks one of the outdoor pools and gardens. The balcony has sunbeds and a Bbq. We also have a gym, indoor pool sauna, steam room and spa. Room(s): 1. Twin Room (DOUBLE room ) with Ensuite bathroom The room is a double with its own Bathroom, it has a wardrobe and small desk and lamp. the room opens directly onto the balcony overlooking the pool, Capacity: 2 Rates: 400.00 Weekly / 1600.00 Monthly House Rules: I ask guests to respect my apartment and my neighbours right to a peaceful environment by keeping noise to a minimum at all times. I am happy for a friend to visit if you agree it with me first as I work at home often. As I live in an apartment building, the manager here also has rules in place which must be followed in public areas, these are not difficult to follow and again are designed for our ongoing safety.
