Short term room rent (25th may to 25th July)

12 wil walk to epping station and 6 min to Coles epping. Its a big house with a huge kitchen and balcony to sit outside. All bills are include. People are very nice only 5 others are stay here. 200$ per week and 3 weeks advance. No bond needed. You have to move on 25th July no compromise about that.sorry. Arif.
