Upstairs you have your bedroom 1 or bedroom 2. If you get both bedrooms I will give you some discount for the second bedroom if you need two bedrooms. Bedroom one has Queen bed . Bedroom 2 has Double Bed. The Toilet is separate from bathroom. They close enough to both rooms. No kitchen to cook foods but we have this new kitchen if you are boiling an egg/s or use microwave to warm your food . All your dishes must be cleaned and put to its appropriate spaces where you get them . Clean after use of any area like kitchen (or bathroom or toilet). Laundry is close to the new kitchen and please use your own laundry detergent . The brown kitchen in the photo is the new kitchen and new family room next to it that you can occasionally use . As it may necessary you can use gas heaters or air conditioning time to time. Gas, electricity , water and internet are complementary with reasonable use .
