My home is located in West Roxbury. It is about a 30 minute bus ride to Forest Hills Station where you can access the orange line to go Downtown. You may also walk 5 minutes to the West Roxbury commuter rail stop and take the purple line into downtown. I live in a multi-family home with my significant other Fred. I am a certified ESL teacher who teaches first grade. We love seeing movies, going to the Gym, taking Yoga classes, and dancing. Our home is located in West Roxbury which is a very walkable place with lots of exciting things to do. The Main Street has lots of quaint shops and delicious restaurants. You may walk there in about 5 minutes. Dedham Legacy Place is about a 15 minute car ride away. This mall has lots of shopping, restaurants/bars, a movie theatre and even Kings Bowling. We love to host travelers and students from around the world. Our house has bedrooms on the second and third floors for guests/travelers. There are 2 shared bathrooms for all students/travelers to use. Check-in time is between 5-8pm and check out time is 11 am. Please be sure to ask me for directions to my house before you are due to arrive. Contact Felipe if you need a Lyft. I can forward his number to you directly. I ask that you do not give out my personal information and home address to strangers. Please be proactive and find out how to get to my house beforehand. I also ask that you do not disturb my neighbors. If for some reason I am not home please wait patiently on my porch. Most rooms can have a single or double occupancy. I expect you to cancel one month prior to your arrival date in order to receive a 50% refund. I also expect to receive 50% payment the following day after you book the room and the other 50% upon arrival in cash. Thank you! Room(s): 1. Single Room (single bed) with Shared bathroom This room has one single bed. It has a closet, laundry basket, lamp, side table, oscillating fan and an over the door mirror. Twin Room (Full bed/pull out couch) with Shared bathroom This room is a large bedroom with a comfortable full size bed and a pull out couch. There is a shared bathroom with up to 3 other guests and kitchen. It is separated from the room next door by a locked door. Capacity: 2 Rates: 455.00 Weekly / 1950.00 Monthly 3. Double Room (full size bed) with Shared bathroom This room on the second floor has a full size bed and a loveseat couch It has a shared bathroom and kitchen with up to 4 other guests. Capacity: 2 Rates: 385.00 Weekly / 1650.00 Monthly 4. Double Room (Double bed floor 3) with Shared bathroom This large room has a double bed. Shared kitchenette and bathroom with up to 3 other guests. Capacity: 2 Rates: 385.00 Weekly / 1650.00 Monthly House Rules: There is no smoking inside the home or on the property. No drugs, candles, plug ins, visitors, mail or pets allowed. Please do not bring furniture/t.v's etc or use my place as a storage unit. All guests are expected to clean up after themselves especially in the kitchen and bathroom and to be quiet after 10 pm. Please limit your one shower per day to 10 minutes. There is laundry in the 2nd floor kitchen. You will need 5.50 in quarters to do one load. There is also a 50 cent charge for each detergent pod and/or capful of bleach. You are allowed to use the stove. You are allowed to use the microwave and refrigerator. Please let me know if you have a car. There is street parking with no time restrictions. Check-in time is 5-8pm and check out time is 11am. Please do not disturb my neighbors. The thermostats are set so please do not touch them or try to change the setting. You are allowed to use only the bedroom, kitchen and bathroom assigned to your booking.
