My home is located in Hyde Park in one of Boston neighborhoods. It is in a very quiet street. Transportation is accessible to downtown Boston and adjacent towns and attractions. My home is a single family home with three bedrooms, full bathroom, kitchen, living room In the main floor. Lower level has a half bathroom, private bedroom, living room, small kitchen/laundry, fully furnished. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Guest room) with Private bathroom This room is a large room with hardwood floors for one person. It is on the ground floor. There is a small chest, a Hamper, a large closet and the bedroom door has its own lock. The home is equipped with Central Air Conditioning . Capacity: 1 Rates: 360.00 Weekly / 1200.00 Monthly House Rules: Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 8am. Please do not bring strangers into our home. Please make sure doors and windows are locked before leaving the house. Alcohol not allowed. Smoking not allowed indoors. keep your room clean at all times. Bed must be made every day. You are allowed to use the laundry room but you must provide for your own detergents. Laundry is allowed once a week. Please respect our home. Treat this house as your own house for the duration of your stay.
