Cozy clean room

My home is located in Hyde Park in one of Boston neighborhoods. It is in a quiet street. Transportation is accessible to downtown Boston and adjacent towns and attractions. My home is a single family home with three bedrooms, full bathroom, kitchen, living room In the main floor. Lower level has a half bathroom, private bedroom, living room, small kitchen/laundry, fully furnished. Bedroom #2 has two twin size beds and it will accommodate either one or two guest. Payment: Please be aware that once the booking is confirmed online, I will provide my Zelle or PayPal details. The full amount must be paid no later than one day before check-in. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Guest room) with Shared bathroom This room is a large room with hardwood floors. It is on the ground floor. There is a small chest, a Hamper, a large closet, and a desk. The bedroom door has its own lock. Capacity: 1 Rates: 425.00 Weekly / 1200.00 Monthly 2. Double Room (bedroom #2 lower level) with Shared bathroom This room is a large room for two guests but it also will accommodate one guest. It has two twin size beds. Capacity: 2 Rates: 525.00 Weekly / 1400.00 Monthly House Rules: GUEST RULES: No cooking is allowed. You can use the microwave until 7:00PM. Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 8am. Please do not bring strangers into my home. Please make sure doors and windows are locked before leaving the house. Please make sure to turn off all the lights in your room and the common areas before leaving the house. Alcohol not allowed. Smoking or vaping not allowed indoors. You can smoke outside in a designated area. keep your room clean at all times and bed made if possible. Laundry is allowed at a designated time by the host . Your stay must be over 7 days in order for you to use the washer and dryer. Host must be present when doing laundry. Please respect my home. Treat this house as your own house for the duration of your stay. Check in is 4:00PM. Check out before 12:00 noon. Absolutely No check in after 9:00 pm without prior approval from the host. If you are not going to make it by 9:00 pm you must secure accommodations elsewhere for the night and check in the following day. There will be no refund. I am sorry for any inconvenience this may cause but guests must adhere to the host rules at all times. Payment: Please be aware that once the booking is confirmed online, I will provide my Zelle details. Cash will be my second payment option on the day of your arrival. The full Zelle amount must be paid no later than one day before check-in.
