My home is located in Hyde Park in one of Boston neighborhoods. It is in a very quiet street. Transportation is accessible to downtown Boston and adjacent towns and attractions. My home is a single family home with three bedrooms, full bathroom, kitchen, living room In the main floor. Lower level has a half bathroom, private bedroom, living room, small kitchen/laundry, fully furnished. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Guest room) with Shared bathroom This room is a large room with hardwood floors. It is on the ground floor. There is a small chest, a Hamper, a large closet, and a desk. The bedroom door has its own lock. Capacity: 1 Rates: 280.00 Weekly / 1100.00 Monthly House Rules: GUEST RULES: Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself. Please be considerate No cooking is allowed after 9:00 PM. Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 8am. Please do not bring strangers into our home. Please make sure doors and windows are locked before leaving the house. Alcohol not allowed. Smoking not allowed indoors. keep your room clean at all times and bed made if possible. You are allowed to use the washer and dryer but you must provide for your own clothes detergent. Laundry is allowed once a week and at certain hours only. Host must be home when you are doing laundry. Please respect my home. Treat this house as your own house for the duration of your stay.
