My name is Michael Montoya, I am a 24 year old home owner with spare bedrooms for rent. Accessibility to a full kitchen and if you would like to lounge around, the living room has a tv. Also I have a little gym in the garage in the making. I like to have a calm house for my guest to feel comfortable. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Room 1) with Shared bathroom Room 1 is the largest room out of the three. It is in the west end of the house with the window to the west with lots on natural sun light and breeze. In the room will be a full size bed, drawer and a lamp. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1350.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (Room 2) with Shared bathroom Room 2 and 3 are the exact same size. It will be located in the southwest corner of the house. Room will include a full size bed, drawer and lamp. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1200.00 Monthly 3. Single Room (Room 3) with Shared bathroom Room 3 and 2 are the exact same size. The room will be located in the south side of the house. The room will include a full size bed, drawer and lamp. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1200.00 Monthly House Rules: I expect guest to clean after themselves such as after use of pots, pans, dishes etc. No overnight guests. No pets on the property. No events such as parties or get togethers on the property unless homeowner approves it.
