Hello, my name is Debi . I currently have 2 students from Japan! One student went back to Japan, so we have this opening! I enjoy helping out my students! I have a job with special education in an elementary school, but I enjoy helping my current renters with school work! The house is large 5 bedrooms, and I love the college kid energy! We have a large bedroom upstairs, with a shared bathroom upstairs, and a half bath downstairs for the students. I have a fire pit and a hot tub that are pretty popular with the students. The kitchen is open to you as well as a large living room and dining room as well as a sunroom. I have 2 dogs that are really loving the extra attention! Room(s): 1. Double Room (office/bedroom (king and a twin bed)) with Shared bathroom The twin bed is in the room with an office area, the king bed is in the adjacent room with several games and lots of hanging closet room Capacity: 2 Rates: Weekly / 900.00 Monthly House Rules: No underage drinking in the home, or smoking. Clean up after yourself, keep bathroom nice for the next person. Contact me if you want to invite anyone to the house. We have a pretty easy back and forth, haven't needed to have rules, beyond common courtesy and legalities!
