We are family-oriented hosts; we love meeting people. We have a teenager that we love dearly and a Jindo dog. We love coffee; we love to read; we love keeping our place clean. Since 2012 we have hosted international students from different countries, and we still connect with them to this date; having said this, we are a multi-culturally oriented family. Our interests are sports (golf, basketball), Finance related issues, automotive and woodworking, and food. My husband is the head of our kitchen. In 2016 we opened our room to Airbnb travelers- we had a wonderful experience on our 1st Airbnb, and we made friends until a long-term international student decided to stay with us throughout his college and master's degree- it was a rewarding experience for both parties. Room(s): 1. Single Room (D'zone Room #2 ) with Shared bathroom Price inclusive of cleaning fee 6nights&up- weekly common area cleaning . Upon request change/wash bedsheet during cleaning, vacuum your room during cleaning For short stay (1-5 days),at check out only Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1250.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (D'zone Room #3 ) with Shared bathroom Clean and nice room with desk, Air-conditioning control (hot/cold) wardrobe, night stand. Has own lock and keys. The house has 3 above standard size rooms. It has a shared kitchen, bathroom and washer dryer. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1250.00 Monthly House Rules: Parking: Generally on the street, but if available, you can park inside the property Rules: -Strictly No smoking on the property. The house is SMOKE-FREE. -Keys (for the home and the room are given upon check-in) -Vice-versa at check-out, please hand keys to the host -Cleaning services once a week only common area - Please help to maintain the common shared area as clean as possible -Cooking is only until 9:00 pm.
