In a very quiet area and just 5-10 min to drive to University CSUN, Piers College Very friendly atmosphere with a lot of light and friendliness. All of guests are very happy staying here. We specialize in guests who are staying one month or more.. The price is for one person only. We can accommodate more people for an extra price upon inquiry. There is a cleaning fee of $150 ( one time) and refundable security deposit of $1000 , totally refundable if there is no damages to the property Room(s): 1. Double Room (Privet and cozy room ) with Shared bathroom The house has five bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, depending on availability you can get bathroom private or shared Capacity: 2 Rates: Weekly / 1550.00 Monthly 2. Double Room (Second bedroom ) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 2 Rates: Weekly / 1550.00 Monthly House Rules: Please be respectful and use a common sense rules You can smoke on a backyard or in front of the house Local Amenities: Beach, Shopping Centre, Local Bus Stop, Hospital, Park, Local Train Station
