I live in a 3 bed room house with yard very relaxing. I am a Christian. I travel for business and will not be available onsite all the time. You may utilize the home and cook and clean as i am away on business. I live in Peoria which is north of Phoenix AZ about 15-20 minutes from Cardinals football stadium and same going west to spring training baseball parks and south towards downtown Phoenix. My neighbors are very friendly. The neighborhood is very pleasant to live in. Room(s): 1. Single Room (guest room ) with Private bathroom The room is fully equipped with bed, dresser desk Capacity: 1 Rates: 504.00 Weekly / 1920.00 Monthly House Rules: PLEASE NOTE: 1. MY FIRST GUEST DID NOT PAY THE FULL AMOUNT FOR STAY. 2. ANOTHER GUEST PAID 6 DAYS AFTER ARRIVAL. 3. ANOTHER GUEST CANCELLED LAST MINUTE AND I MISSED OTHER CLIENTS. I apologize for this but I have to put the ground rules below. Payment Method: Please note that we require our guests to pay 50% of the booking total to us in advance of the booking to hold your room (on top of the 15% deposit is paid to Homestay.com) Cancellation Policy: We ask our guests to give us at least 7 days’ notice for any cancellation.
