The room is separated from the rest of the house. Comes with microwave Coffee maker Tv Queen size bed Cable, Hulu, Netflix Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 750.00 Monthly House Rules: - No outside guests allowed in the property at any point in time. - No pets allowed - Tenant shall not wear shoes or sandals on the carpet at any point in time. - Tenant Must keep the bedroom clean. - Tenant must Vacuum the bedrooms carpet once a week (vacuum is provided). -Tenant must Keep bathroom and shower clean (Shower must be washed /cleaned/ brushed once a week). - Bedrooms Carpet will be wash by the property manager once a month. - No cigarette or weed smoking allowed inside the room or on the property. - No loud Tv or music past 1030 PM. - Rent must be paid on time.
