I live in a quiet neighborhood in Staten Island , N.y . I work most of the day and on weekend we enjoy walks , movies , street fairs and often travel. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Island ) with Ensuite bathroom Check in after 4 pm Check out at 11 am Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / Monthly House Rules: Keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm , feel free to use kitchen . Please clean up after use... Sorry we do not provide meals Room will be checked my guest & host to make sure it's left clean There will be a charge of 25.00 for host to clean room... NO FOOD ALLOWED IN ROOM !
