My son who is an independent filmmaker also resides in the home. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Bedroom 1) with Shared bathroom large bedroom on 2nd floor. Will have to share bathroom with owner. Capacity: 2 Rates: 350.00 Weekly / 1250.00 Monthly House Rules: No loud noise. Not allowed to invite strangers into the home without my approval. Not allowed to adjust heat setting. No pets allowed.
