Double Room (Upstairs Guest Bedroom) with Private bathroom Capacity: 2 Rates: Weekly / 1100.00 Monthly House Rules: No loud music or noise in or outside the house. Guests must wash their hands before handling items in the kitchen. Pool use restricted to 8am to 9pm. Guests are not allowed to operate pool controls. No overnight guests without prior approval. Guests are expected to keep bedroom & private bath clean so as not to attract pests. Broken items are to be reported immediately to owner for repair or replacement. Guests are to be courteous and respectful of the private space of others. Additional Info: I live on the property. There are two bedrooms available for rent. One upstairs with a private bath and one downstairs with a private bath.
