Our home is situated in the center of Las Vegas in a Historic Neighborhood. 2 miles to the strip and 1.5mi to Downtown Fremont Experience, and 1 mile to The Arts District. Walking distance to grocery store, Starbucks, restaurants, fast food options, hospitals, clinics, gas stations, University. The neighborhood is quiet, clean with lots of trees, mid century houses that are well kept. Room(s): 1. Quiet hours are from 11pm - 9am No unapproved visitors - Only guests listed on the original reservation allowed unless approved in advance. Swim at your own risk - If you do not know how to swim, please do not use the pool. Please Park in front of house on the street or other area assigned (in front of the house) Please be considerate of the neighbors and not park in front of their house or block other driveways 1 complimentary wash & dry cycle allowed in the laundry room during your stay.
