Even though we have been lucky that nothing has gone missing, we recommend all our members to keep their valuable belongings in their rooms. It’s your home, so feel free to enjoy a drink whenever you wish, so long as you are respectful of your housemates. If you want to party, make sure you do that away from the property. On the weekday, quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am, and 12 am to 9 am on weekends. As with any shared housing scenario, the golden rule is to be respectful of others in your community and not wake them up or disturb them if they’re trying to have a quiet night. Yes. That includes all private and communal rooms, hallways, balconies, etc. If you choose to smoke, please make sure you do so away from the building entrance, and please make sure you dispose of cigarette butts properly. Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability? and 2. What work or task has the dog been trained to perform? We define service animals as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Examples of such work or tasks include guiding people who are blind, alerting people who are deaf, pulling a wheelchair, alerting and protecting a person who is having a seizure, reminding a person with mental illness to take prescribed medications, calming a person with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) during an anxiety attack, or performing other duties. Service animals are working animals, not pets. The work or task a dog has been trained to provide must be directly related to the person’s disability. A $500 admin fee will be assessed for shortening stay and you are rent responsible until someone leases the suite. Extensions are available and will need to be evaluated by our management team. Please contact our management team as this will vary depending on other bookings and schedules. We will process a background check and we will evaluate credit scores, prior rental history, and income must at a minimum be 2.5x the monthly rent. Note that there is an application process. We require a minimum of a 650+ credit score; however, this is not the only factor to take into account when accepting your application. If you do not meet this guideline, we can still consider it. The fee is $59 and non-refundable. The $500 holding deposit is refundable within 72 hours. Our team members are well-versed in the demographic makeup of each coliving unit. They will ask questions to understand your preferences and expectations for suitemates which helps create a suitable living arrangement. We do allow couples and friends to stay in our bigger rooms, ensuring there’s plenty of space for your needs and comfort. Please note that there is a $300 additional charge per person. We do allow pets in select units! There is a breed restriction and guidelines that must be met. All residents have a bedroom within the home for more privacy.
