I have a three bedroom house in a trendy neighborhood near downtown Culver City and Sony Studios, Helms district. It is centrally located near metro train station, shopping, theater, movies, and restaurants. There is one large room with three twin beds I can use to accommodate guests. I have already set up the rooms with twin beds, bedside tables, desks,chair and there is closet space. Using the kitchen is negotiable. One host will be there, either Richard or I. We hike and do outdoor activities for entertainment including movies. We require a deposit depending on your length of stay. Parking is street parking and there is a $40 fee for parking pass and monthly for long term stays. $20 is refunded when the pass is returned at the end of the stay. No pets are allowed. No guests so please be honest about who is coming for the booking. We are welcoming you into our home! Room(s): 1. Single Room (Ocean room) with Shared bathroom This room is private. There is ample room for storing clothes and under the bed for luggage. There is a shared bath and kitchen. No pets. No guests. There will be a deposit. Capacity: 1 Rates: 450.00 Weekly / 1800.00 Monthly 2. Triple Room (Mountain room) with Shared bathroom This room is a large room with three twin beds. It can be booked to share with two or three people. The cost for this room is per person. There will be a deposit. No guests. No pets. Capacity: 3 Rates: 400.00 Weekly / 1500.00 Monthly House Rules: Quiet time after 9pm. No shoes worn in the house. Clean dishes and kitchen after preparing and eating meals. Laundry of sheets and towels by host every two weeks. Notify host if you are not going to be home that night. No outside guests. No pets.Do not adjust the thermostat.Laundry available for long term stays every two weeks otherwise not available. Parking pass $40/month with $20 reimbursed upon return of permit. There will be a deposit required and will be determined by your length of stay.
