I lived in an exclusive , safe and private residential estate in Yio Chu Kang , which is a 15 min drive to Orchard road in town. By public transportation, that is by bus and subway, it will take about 45 mins. My house Is a three-storey Tudor semi detached, I have 5+1 bedrooms and three bedrooms are for guests. My house is fully equipped with modern amenities and high speed internet, Outside, is a spacious garden and a Koi pond. The surrounding is tranquil and it is truly resort living. I am living with my husband and adult son. However, as it is a three storey house there is plenty of privacy for guests. I am a very active person and am involved in church and community activities. I love to sing and dance, to exercise and to keep fit. I am a house proud person and with my domestic helper, I keep my house very neat and clean. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Begonia) with Private bathroom This room is large n comfortable for one guest. There is a queen size bed . It is very neat n clean as we will sanitise n deep vaccumn the mattress after every check out n change all beddings. Two towels is provided too. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1700.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (Frangipani) with Private bathroom Frangipani room is big n very comfortable for one person. The furnitures are all in white that gave a very clean look. Most ladies love it . We will sanitise , deep vaccumn ,change n washed all beddings after every check out. Two towels is provided. Capacity: 1 Rates: 480.00 Weekly / 1500.00 Monthly House Rules: -Strictly for one females only -No smoking in room , strictly no guest and loud music after 9pm. -Please inform host if you were to return after 11pm -No eating in bedroom. -Please take note that only light cooking with airfryer n stove is allowed in the wet kitchen n dine at outdoor dining table, no baking. - To clean n washed up after light cooking -Air conditioning turn on from 9 pm - 8 am - To turn off all lights n air conditioning when going out -self laundry -Housekeeping on mon, wed n Friday Amenities: Bikes for use, Internet Access, Laundry, Garden, Parking Local Amenities: Shopping Centre, Local Bus Stop, Park, Local Train Station
