Teacher family homestay for overseas students - beautiful condo room and guardianship available We are a warm Christian family, my husband is a Secondary School teacher and I am a full time mum. We would like to provide guardianship and homestay for students and hope to let our home to be their second home. We have 2 x Double rooms, each room can stay 2 students in our condo which is located in Woodlands. Also we have 1 single room, welcome traveler and businessman to stay too. Guardianship - Lodging (Air-conditioned, and fully furnished with table lamps, wardrobe, writing tables, etc.) - Food (2 meals/day-breakfast & dinner during weekdays except public holiday) - Laundry - Internet surfing (We will encourage them to use it to contact their parents regularly; for school research, school assignments and not for games.) - Optional monthly outing (There are many beautiful places in Singapore, so your child can understand more about our customs/culture.) Double Room (Beautiful huge swimming pool view wifi room) with Shared bathroom This room is facing to a huge Swimming pool. It’s a resort style poolside room Capacity: 2 Rates: Weekly / 1099.00 Monthly 2. Double Room (Wifi Double room - internal garden view) with Shared bathroom This room is facing to the internal garden view with deck bed and study tables. Capacity: 2 Rates: Weekly / 999.00 Monthly House Rules: For the safety reason, our guest is not able to bring any Friend to go inside our homestay. Guest can meet their friends in the club house in our condo. Smoking is not allowed in our homestay. After the booking is confirmed, guests need to show their passport photo page to the landlord before check-in. Additional Info: There is no better way to learn a foreign language than to speak it in everyday situations. Your host Peggy offers qualified language instruction in her native language Chinese. One hour of instruction costs 50.00 SGD. The classes will be given by the host himself at the accommodation.
