Beautiful home

Kia ora, We are family of four with a beautiful and friendly dog. We love to cook together go for hikes and enjoy lots of reading. We respect everyone. We live in Rolleston and have 4-bedroom home. I myself was a student at Lincoln University. I am happy to meet, offer some tips, and help new international students. Offering nutritious meals, warm and comfortable accommodation, and help you get settled to the university. You will have your own fully furnished room, and bathroom Room(s): 1. Single Room (Room) with Private bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 320.00 Weekly / Monthly House Rules: Cleaning is on a Saturday/Sunday. Please could make sure there is nothing on the floor (so we can vacuum). Please keep bathrooms and toilet dry after you use it. If you would like your friends to visit you at the weekend, just ask. New linen will be put on your bed on a Sunday . You are welcome to spend time with us in the evening after tea. We do not expect you to live in your room. If you wish to stay in your room that is OK though. We like to play games, so you are most welcome to be part of this if you wish. You can play with Star (lovely dog ) and spend time with all of us Please knock the door before entering anyone’s room. Please do not take anyone’s belongings without their permission. You are free to use all the areas in the house including garden but please do not use Media lounge or our rooms.
