Arty dwelling

I live in a townhouse,very close to the city centre and major tourist attractions. I am also an Artist and have qualifications in English language teaching, so can help people with their English. The house is sunny, with indoor outdoor living. I am independent and have hosted, many age groups, as I am open minded and enjoy to meet people from a variety of cultures and backgrounds.The homestay, mostly suits young independent friendly, active people. English language students are welcome and short term stays, where people are travelling, or relocating Room(s): 1. Single Room (Room 1) with Shared bathroom Thisroom is a large double room. With small in built wardrobe. Window skylight. It is currently and occasionally rented by a locsl person. The oyher room is availiable for a homestay. Capacity: 1 Rates: 275.00 Weekly / 1000.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (Room 2) with Shared bathroom This room is sunny and very spacious. It has a desk and optioal tv viewing from a phone connection. It is availiable to all homestays.. Capacity: 1 Rates: 275.00 Weekly / 1000.00 Monthly House Rules: ¤Please keep in mind that we require guests to submit a copy of their ID before check-in by email, which will be provided once the booking is confirmed online. ¤ It would be preferable to please send us a video message introducing yourself and explaining the reason for your trip. ¤Not suitable for children, animals or teenagers. ¤Students, English language preferred. Females a preferance. ¤ No visitors to the house, unless requested ¤ keep room tidy, wash your own bedding ¤ Please keep quiet, downstairs after 11pm at night, as the noise travels; sleeping. ¤You are free to use the kitchen. Please dont cook after 9;30 pm, unless requested. ¤No drug taking or drugs of any description on the property. ¤ No washing clothes after 9;30 pm, as bedrooms are upstairs. ¤ Please don't wear shoes inside ¤ Married couples prefferable ¤ No short term stays. Minimum stay, 2-3months ¤ Payment on arrival. Thanks. No refunds..So make sure you are not travelling out of the city for work. ¤ Please read rules.
