Warm Welcome to Homestay in Seoul! I am a mother of three children who has recently decided to open a homestay after leaving my corporate job. Convenient Location Our homestay is conveniently located in Yeonshinnae-dong, Seoul. It is an 8-minute bus ride or a 15-minute walk from the subway station. We can provide detailed directions and pick-up service upon request. Comfortable Accommodations The homestay is located separately from our main residence, just a 3-minute walk away. The larger bedroom features a sliding bed that can be converted into two super single-sized beds. The smaller bedroom has one single bed. Affordable Rates The larger room costs 61,000 won per night, and the smaller room costs 49,000 won per night. These rates include air conditioning, bathroom access, water purifier use, microwave use, and electricity. Minimum Stay We kindly request a minimum stay of 3 days. Single Room (Room2) with Ensuite bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 328000.00 Weekly / Monthly House Rules: Please be mindful of noise levels since this is a villa-style house with five other households. Avoid making loud noises after 9 pm. Refrain from jumping on the floor as there is someone living in the basement below. When using the toilet, please dispose of wet wipes in the trash bin instead of flushing them down the toilet. This will help prevent clogging.
