"Hi, I'm Seowon. I'm a freelancer, so my schedule is always different – sometimes I stay at home all day, and other times I spend a lot of time outside. But no matter what, you're always welcome to stay at my cozy and peaceful home! Room(s): 1. Single Room (room1) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 235083.39 Weekly / 854848.70 Monthly House Rules: No outside visitors or unregistered guests are allowed to enter. We are looking for individuals who can maintain cleanliness and keep the space tidy. Only non-smokers are permitted to stay. 1. Cancellation Before Check-in • Cancellation 30 days before check-in: Full refund • Cancellation 15–29 days before check-in: 50% refund of the total reservation amount • Cancellation within 14 days before check-in: No refund 2. Early Departure After Check-in • If more than half of the stay remains: 50% refund for the remaining nights • If less than half of the stay remains: No refund 3. Laundry • You will need to do your laundry and drying at the laundromat right in front of the house. The kiosk supports English, and if needed, I can go with you to help. (You must also do the drying.)
