'We Love London' - welcome all

We live in a comfortable 5 bedroom house located in Southgate a typical leafy London suburb. The house is conveniently located just a 5 minute walk away from the tube/metro station which has direct connections to the centre of London and Heathrow Airport (no changes involved). There are also some good pubs, restaurants, shopping facilities and public parks nearby. We have a very clean, modern and spacious house that was recently refurbished. We also have a very nice garden which we use a lot in summer for BBQ's etc. Southgate itself is a very safe and well established area. Room(s): 1. Twin Room (Single twin room) with Shared bathroom Small but very functional room suitable for 1 or 2 guests. Plenty of storage space. Room is very quiet and overlooks back garden. Generally you will have exclusive use of the bathroom unless there is another guest staying with us. Capacity: 2 Rates: 400.00 Weekly / Monthly 2. Triple Room (Large double room) with Shared bathroom Spacious double room with one double and one single bed. Bright and airy room overlooking front of house. Generally you will have exclusive use of bathroom unless another guest is staying with us. Capacity: 3 Rates: 450.00 Weekly / Monthly House Rules: No smoking indoors. Please enter home quietly after 11 pm. No eating or drinking in bedrooms. We can provide packed lunch and/or evening meal for an additional charge. Guests are not allowed to use kitchen for cooking meals. PAYMENT - Guest will be required to make a non-refundable deposit of 30% (£20 minimum) to secure their booking 48hrs after confirming the booking. This can be done via bank transfer or other agreed method. Full balance payable on day of arrival. Additional Info: We have hosted students and guest from far afield including China, Korea, Argentina, Mexico, Italy and many other countries. Mother tongue is English but we have a fluent French speaker with a good grasp of Russian.
