We also offer a spacious, homely Tranquil Garden View Room with SHARED BATHROOM is ideal for those who want to be close to the centre of London but still experience a relaxing side of North London. The facilities in this room include a desk space with free 1GB Ethernet and Wifi connectivity, fridge, kettle and coffee making station. There is a no smoking policy throughout the property. Double Room (Tranquil Garden View Double Room) with Shared bathroom Our Tranquil Garden View Double Room is located on the first floor of our stylish Edwardian Home. It includes a desk space with 1GB ethernet and Wifi connectivity. A fridge with mini freezer compartment, coffee tea making area and hair dryer. Capacity: 2 Rates: 420.00 Weekly / Monthly House Rules: - Smoking is only permitted in the front garden outside the front door. There will be a £200 charge for smoking in the room. - No loud noise after 12 midnight. - No additional guests can access the room. There will be a £ 95 per night charge for each unscheduled guest found using the room. - No parties/events allowed on the premises. There will be a £200 charge if this rule is broken. A mini kitchenette is available in your room to prepare and reheat your food. This facility includes a microwave, fridge (with a small freezer compartment), sink, cutlery & crockery, drinking glasses, chopping board, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and free tea, coffee, creamer/milk and sugar. It is important for you to note that this facility is not designed to cook full meals. Please ask about using the main kitchen if you are staying longer term (1 week +) Laundry use is charged at £5 per load, payable in cash or bank transfers.
