We are an Asian family of 4 members; 2 adults and 2 little children. We are friendly and accommodating. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Single/Double Room) with Shared bathroom A large spacious single bedroom with a bunk bed so could accommodate 2 people. Capacity: 2 Rates: 301.00 Weekly / 1200.00 Monthly 2. Triple Room (Double/Triple Bedroom) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 3 Rates: 315.00 Weekly / 1350.00 Monthly House Rules: No eating or drinking (other than water) in the bedroom/upstairs. Hair accumulated in the bedroom/bathroom must be thrown away in the bins provided. No jumping or running up and down the stairs. Electrics/plugs/sockets must switched off when not in use. Room should be kept tidy (allows room to be hoovered often). Outdoor shoes are not allowed to be worn upstairs or on any carpeted areas. Indoor slippers are allowed on the laminated flooring and bathrooms.
