A peaceful oasis on a quiet residential street in central London overlooking my garden. 15 mins by car to Notting Hill, 10 mins walk from the overground tube. 50 mins by car from Heathrow. The room is very private- it is right at the back of a large house, and next to a large private bathroom (guest use only). Room(s): 1. Single Room (Back bedroom) with Private bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 250.00 Weekly / 950.00 Monthly House Rules: Enjoy full use of kitchen. Please leave everything as you found it: clean and put everything away after use. Happy to provide any basics: tea/coffee/bread-just let me know :-) Please provide your own lunch/dinner food/drinks. Quiet from 11.30/midnight- try not to slam doors. My bedroom is next to stairs so if you’re working early, please take off shoes when walking down. If you’d like an extra guest staying overnight we can discuss. Please keep in mind you are renting a room and not the house, but otherwise make yourself at home. Thank you!
