All lights should be turned off in bedroom when guest is sleeping. Bedroom doors tend to be very loud and should not be left to slam closed. Always close gently. Rooms should be left in a clean tidy state and please do not leave food outside of fridge in your room as this will attract vermin? The bathroom should be left clean, especially bath should be cleaned after each shower. Showers only no baths! Keys should be looked after as a charge will be made if lost. Guests should not bring additional people into the house unless they are given permission by host. No overnight friends to stay unless agreed by host, and a charge will be made of £20 p.n. Once booking is confirmed kindly pay 50% of your fee to me (via cash or bank transfer) on arrival. Arrangements must be agreed with host if guest wishes to pay monthly. Details of where to pay will be issued once a booking is confirmed. Use of kitchen Hob is not to be used, but each room has an electric hob,microwave & fridge. Kitchen should not be used after 7.30pm at night and strictly no use of kitchen in the morning except to leave dirty washing. Machine can only be used between 7.30 - 10.30am once a week or give laundry to host who will wash for you. Kindly clean Hob after use and wash dishes up immediately after use or no later than 6pm - 7pm; also provide washing up liquid and detergent for washing clothes. Also, contribute a weekly toilet roll. It is expected that students who are off from Uni or work placement should study in our local library as GCH is turned off for some hours during the day and this also applies to weekends and throughout sleeping hours. A contribution is made towards energy usually £15 - £20 per week, paid in cash. Washing machine can be used once a week - hand washing to host who will put into washing machine. Any additional washing can be done at the local Laundromat. All guests will receive a warm welcome but rules must be adhered to.
