The house is a semi-detached house in a tree-lined residential area close to the metro and buses and well connected to the center. The room is on the top floor, with a shared bathroom not en suite. 2 other people live in the house, a 14-year-old teenager and a person who helps with housework. My house is in the city of Madrid, in a residential area, but central, it is a privilege to live in a villa so close to the center of the city. It is very well connected, there are several metro stops and many buses very close. Room(s): 1.
