Room in a country house 20 minutes from Atocha Station and 35 of the Carlos III University, is located in the ecological reserve in the Southeast Regional Park located at the mouth of the river Manzanares. It is a house of over 400 square meters, has a kitchen that guests can use, 8 rooms of which one is intended to guests with bathroom for private use, a dining room, two lounges and 3 bathrooms the whole house. The house is permanently inhabited by a caretaker who will take care of breakfast and cater to guests by providing timely and detailed information about the area and recreational activities that can be performed on the property and nearby.  The farm has a barbecue, tables and chairs to enjoy home-cooked meals or delicious dinners "al fresco". It has gardens, and a pine forest nearby. The farm is located in a unique natural setting. It is an ornithological and archaeological route. If you're a bird lover !!! the location is ideal for night sightings. there punctually hiring beekeeping training for families who want to enjoy a day outdoors so guests can experience and approach the world of beekeeping and the "sweet gold of nature".
