Our family of 3 loves to host because it gives us the opportunity to meet different people. Our house is full of natural lights. Room is very spacious and bright. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Room 1) with Shared bathroom Room is bright and spacious for a single occupant. Capacity: 1 Rates: 500.00 Weekly / 1600.00 Monthly House Rules: No food and drink upstairs. No outdoor footwear inside the house. Microwave and air fryer use is allowed. No other form of cooking is allowed. Tidy up kitchen after use. Only registered guest is allowed to get in the house ( no extra person or belongings allowed). No pets allowed. Check-in time is from 6pm and not later than 10PM. Check out is before 10AM. Please observe silence after 10PM on weeknights as respect to other house occupants. Payment of balance is due upon house arrival (cash or e-transfer) Amenities: Internet Access, Smoke Alarm, Garden Local Amenities: Gym, Library, Shopping Centre, Local Bus Stop, Hospital, Park, Restaurant
